Grievances

ID Genève is committed to conducting its activities in a responsible and transparent manner. If you wish to submit a complaint or raise a concern related to our activities, you may do so using the form below.

Who may submit: any stakeholder, employee, client, partner, supplier, or anyone who feels affected by our activities. Anonymous submissions are accepted.

Grounds for submission: violation of internal policies or ethical standards, inappropriate behavior, environmental or social impacts, human rights violations, corruption, conflicts of interest, non-compliance with applicable laws.

Timelines: acknowledgment of receipt within 5 business days, initial assessment within 10 days, full review and resolution within 30 days.

Confidentiality: All information is treated as strictly confidential and shared only with those directly involved in handling the case.

Protection against retaliation: Any form of retaliation against a person who has submitted a complaint in good faith is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. If you believe you are a victim of retaliation, please contact ID Genève management directly at grievance@idwatch.ch
