For our prototypes, the stainless steel is at 98% recycled. For our founding members edition, we are very happy to share that the steel will be 100% recycled. Our local partner took several years to set up the collection network and to find the right recipe to guarantee the quality of the recycled 4441 steel collected in jura among more than 40 companies.

Quantis, a company based in EPFL Innovation Park, is an independent expert in environmental performance and recognized worldwide.

They have just delivered their report on the carbon footprint of our recycled steel. Their detailed analysis of the circular system set up by our partner in the Jura: this recycled steel has a carbon footprint 10 times lower than standard steel.
