This website (hereinafter the "Site") is published by and belongs to ID Watch SA (hereinafter "ID Geneva"), having its registered office at Chemin des Merles 1, 1213 Onex, Geneva and registered in Switzerland under number CHE-330.542.709.
The hosting services of our site are provided by Infomaniak, domiciled in Switzerland.
The Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin pages whose content is provided by ID Genève are hosted by other companies; please refer to the hosting company's terms of use.
Access to the Site is free of charge, but its use is subject to the terms and conditions of use below (the "Terms of Use"). Consequently, use of the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user and the user undertakes to use the Site and the services it offers in strict compliance with the Terms of Use.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before using and browsing the Site. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, the user must refrain from using the Site.
PRIVACY POLICY
The collection of information from the Site, such as the types of information that ID Genève collects about users of the Site and the ways in which we may use such information, is governed by the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE
On the website the customer selects, through the order form, the watch with the options he wants.
The company ID Genève will then draw up an offer in relation to the customer's request.
The order will be effective when the company has validated the availability of the chosen model and the deposit has been paid by the client.
PRICE
The company ID Genève reserves the right to set the prices of the different watch models. This price may vary according to special promotions at certain times of the year.
The prices indicated does not include VAT for sales in Switzerland nor abroad. Customers outside of Switzerland are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable in their region.
ORDER ONLINE
Order process :
Once the product has been chosen, the customer adds it to his shopping cart.
The customer will be redirected to the shopping cart page where he will be able to delete or modify the items that have been added.
He will then be able to validate his order and fill in his personal information as well as his bank details and finalize his order.
Reception and acceptance of the order :
If you wish to order watches or accessories, you can use the ordering process on our website.
The watches and accessories on the online store is exclusively for major consumers.
The customer must fill in all the fields of the contact information form in order for his order to be validated.
After receipt of the order, the seller will send the customer an e-mail confirmation of his order specifying the products ordered and the amount invoiced.
This confirmation is valid as acceptance on the part of the seller of the order placed by the customer.
Refusal of an order by the seller if :
- The customer is located in a country that is not covered by its carrier.
- There would be a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
- The customer's bank details are incorrect.
- The delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete or does not exist.
- The price indicated contained an obvious error.
- It does not comply with these terms and conditions of sale.
- Or for any other legitimate reason.
The Company ID Genève can in no way be held responsible in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of items.
DELIVERY OF THE WATCH
The delivery of the articles is the responsibility of ID Genève.
The delivery of the articles will be carried out after the payment of the amount of the order.
A direct withdrawal by the customer of his order is also possible according to the place of appointment fixed by mutual agreement.
Delivery times :
Delivery times are expressed in working days and vary according to the destination.
The company ID Genève works with several carriers in order to be able to guarantee a fast delivery.
At the time of delivery, the Customer must check the packaging as well as the products in order to verify whether or not they are damaged. If the products are damaged, the Customer must refuse delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. (the postmark being proof of postage)
ID Genève then undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the client. Reimbursement of the amount of the order will be made within 30 days at the latest from the day the seller has been informed of the decision to retract the order. Reimbursement may be deferred until the seller has recovered the product.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or deteriorated (due to the customer) will not be refunded.

USE OF SITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the Site, its general structure, presentation, as well as the texts, photographs, images, animated or not, logos, graphics and/or any other element composing it (together the "Content"), are protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by ID Genève.
ID Genève has created its site for the purpose of promoting its products and services for your personal use. Despite the efforts made to ensure that the images of ID Genève products presented online are representative of the original products (color, design, etc.), slight variations or differences may appear compared to the original products due, for example, to technical problems such as the settings of your browser or your computer. Consequently, we advise you to contact ID Genève before making a purchase.

Where Swiss legislation is different from the mandatory consumer law legislation in your own country, we will grant you similar protection.
